The Pre-Test Class is a walk-through of the certification test. The class lasts about one hour, and space is limited to five participants at each session. Please bring your pet and a few small treats.
The Volunteer Team Evaluation is the certification test for the pet. It lasts about 30 minutes per pet tested. Pre-registration is required and there is a $20 fee. Please bring your pet and a few small treats.
The Therapy Team Awareness class is suggested, but not required. Therapy visits are hard work! For safe and enjoyable therapy visits, we need to be attentive to our pet partner. In this one hour seminar, you will learn to recognize canine body language and techniques for making therapy visits more enjoyable for you and your pet. Class size is limited to 8 and there is a fee of $12.
